"The big one" among the boat trips on the Elbe

We show you the true size of the Port of Hamburg! Marvel at the diversity that presents itself daily between the Norder and Süderelbe. Container ships, cargo ships, tankers, the big pots, the secret heroes of the port – tug boats and cranes, wharves, bridges, locks and of course the big docks of Blohm + Voss and the jetties on the water. The HafenCity with the Elbphilharmonie and the UNESCO World Heritage Speicherstadt with its canals (depending on the water level).

The maneuverability of the small barges gives you a really good overview of the structure and performance of the trading metropolis Hamburg. Even the locals still realize how amazingly fast the picture of the harbor changes. Our skippers are always up to date regarding container turn over, foreign trade relations, construction projects, port expansion as well as mechanization and modernization of the shipyards and ship types and they pass on their knowledge as 'He lücht – He lies'.

The live commentaries will be in German. English audio guide commentaries can be accessed on your cell phone, you will receive the QR code on site. Please bring headphones with you.
